We are a Boutique Training Company like no other….

Lets meet our Managing Director, Stephen Wilde.

Stephen has 30+ years experience in the Fire & Emergency Services Industry.

He also has 20+ years in the Safety Training Industry and as a Safety Consultant

He has spent many years working directly as a Safety, Health and Environmental Manager for a large International Company.

Stephen doesn’t believe in text book training. He believes that the best way for anyone to truly learn the Safety Field is by experience and real life knowledge.

He teaches in Person (face to face), via ZOOM Courses or Online Courses. He draws upon his many, many years of experience in all facets of the Safety, Health and Environmental Fields.

He uses “real life” examples that make learning relatable to participants and makes learning easier to apply to real life incidents.

Stephen has a high rate of students moving into the Safety Industry. His students are workplace ready!

Stephen takes the time to get to know his participants and offers additional tutoring if needed to ensure that participants understand the modules and they don’t just “get ticks in the box” to pass, but actually know what they are doing in the Industry.
